To assist your facilitators tailor your experience please assess your current activity level. Very Light - incidental exercise most days. Light - 1-2 days per week of planned activity e.g. walking 20 mins, swimming, yoga, tennis, golf etc. Moderate - exercise 2-4 times per week. Active - moderate exercise most days. Very active - adventurous activity often (mountain biking, kayaking, mountain walking, surfing etc). Medical History Please let us know in advance if we need to be aware of any of the following. Existing Injuries Existing Medical Conditions Activity Restrictions Accommodation The beach houses have shared room accomodation (twin share). Please advise your preference below. Twin share Tripple share Single (very limited). Photography So you can fully enjoy the immersive experience, we will capture the adventure in photographs for you.
